Dems Refuse to Condemn ANTIFA Terror Attack on Tacoma ICE Facility

The liberal media has all but ignored the ANTIFA firebomb attack on the Washington ICE facility that ended with the terrorist shot dead by police. There is a good reason for that now that the attacker’s manifesto has been officially released and contains some of socialist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s rhetoric.

As The Blaze reported, Willem Van Spronsen, who tried to firebomb the ICE facility after being angered by a “factually inaccurate portrayal” of the facility, condemned what he claimed are “corporate for profit concentration camps.”

“I’m a black and white thinker. Detention camps are an abomination. I’m not standing by. I really shouldn’t have to say any more than this,” Van Spronsen wrote.

Last month, Ocasio-Cortez referred to migrant detention centers as “concentration camps” and invoked other Holocaust language, such as “Never again.” Her comments ignited a firestorm of controversy and outrage that ended with Ocasio-Cortez doubling down despite widespread condemnation from Jews and actual Holocaust survivors.

Later in the manifesto, the self-avowed “Antifa” member encourages “comrades and incoming comrades to arm themselves.”

“We are now responsible for defending people from the predatory state,” Van Spronsen said. “Ignore the law in arming yourself if you have the luxury, I did.”

When confronted, AOC refused to condemn the attack on the Tacoma ICE facility: “Will you condemn Antifa for the attack in Washington? It’s easy to condemn a terrorist attack, ” a reporter for Rebel Media said to AOC.

AOC continued to briskly walk away from reporters and refused to condemn Antifa:

The media is still treating this as almost a local news story, and we’re not seeing much of anything in the way of “deep analysis” of the attack. But if they did show any such interest, particularly as to how Van Spronsen was “radicalized,” you don’t need to look much further than the manifesto. He refers to ICE detention centers as “concentration camps.” In fact, he uses that phrase nearly a half dozen times. This is straight out of the playbook of AOC’s crew and several of the 2020 candidates as well.
