Hilarious Parody of Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump Singing “Baby it’s Cold Outside”

Fearing that it promotes or condones rape culture, multiple radio stations recently banned the 1944 Christmas song “Baby, It’s Cold Outside.”

In fact, in recent weeks, many radio stations — like WDOK in Cleveland — have banned “Baby, It’s Cold Outside” from airing, saying the lyrics, which tell the story of a man begging a woman to stay over while she persistently rejects him, are predatory. According to a music historian, the song is a flirtatious anthem for female empowerment.

But the people of the internet have very different views and put together this hilarious piece of Clinton and Trump ‘singing’ the Christmas classic together. Whatever their reason for creating this, we think you’ll laugh as hard as we did! Take a look:

A self-proclaimed liberal feminist with USA Today wrote:

“This song describes a woman’s conflict over her desire to do something progressive, while anticipating certain criticism from her family and community if she does so. Fortunately, the song ends on a cheerful note, when she appears to decide to stay over for the night — or at least for a bit longer. It is a decision made for her own personal gratification.

“Baby, It’s Cold Outside” is a song ahead of its time — released a full 20 years before the sexual revolution for women — and it celebrates a feminist taking control of her own sexual choices. The only reason to ban the song is to pit progressives against conservatives. Speaking for one liberal feminist, I will continue to appreciate the song for the anthem that it is.”

And she isn’t the only one who is combating the overly sensitive left by saying the song should be the anthem of feminism. That hasn’t silenced the joyless ‘nay-sayers’ who continue to boycott the song.

Does this song sound like it’s promoting rape-culture to you or are some people just going to far? Let us know what you think in the comments below.
