Man Pulls Down Female Jogger’s Shorts To Sexually Assault Her, Quickly Learns It Was A HUGE Mistake

A 19-year-old young man decided that it was a good idea to run up on a woman jogging early one morning and pull down her shorts to sexually assault her. He managed to get behind her and pull her shorts all the way to her ankles and grab her butt.

It didn’t take very long before he realized how much of a mistake he had just made, because the woman was an off-duty Deputy U.S. Marshal who was out for her morning run on a trail in Pittsburgh.

The report shows that the female officer chased after the man as he ran off to flee from the scene of the crime. She stayed on him and told nearby pedestrians to call 911.

Once the Marshal cornered the man he threw himself at her but she kicked him in his bobs and bits then punched him in the face. By this point, he was out of commission.

According to CBS Pittsburgh,

The U.S. Marshal is 5-feet-5-inches tall and weighs 150 pounds, while Flynn is 6-feet-4-inches tall and weighs 210 pounds.

KDKA-TV’s Brenda Waters talked to several people who frequent the trail, including Lois Thomson who walks to work there every morning.

Waters: What do you think about her fighting back?

Thomson: I think it’s wonderful, wish I had the capacity to do that, that’s terrific.

When police asked Flynn to state his case, he responded, “I plead the Fifth.”

There was another report that same day nearby of a young white male lifting up another woman’s skirt and running off. It is very likely that it was the same guy.

He is now locked up in Allegheny Jail and being held on a $500,000 bond and facing charges of aggravated assault, indecent assault, escape, and lying about his name to a law enforcement officer. The woman only suffered from a slightly injured find.
