Arizona AG Refers Corrupt Election Official for Criminal Prosecution for 2020 Election Misconduct

In the United States, investigations into political corruption and illegal activities are all too common. There is a lot of evidence presented, yet the issue eventually fades away. No one is ever held accountable.

It has to be one of the most perplexing aspects of American politics. A lack of responsibility appears to favor cheating and lying. The people of the United States are disgruntled. On the other hand, Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich has offered a light of hope.

As Arizona’s attorney general, Brnovich used his power to draft a letter on Tuesday ordering the Secretary of State to face criminal charges. Katie Hobbs, a shady character, shut down the Arizona candidate petition portal. Under Arizona law, this is a criminal violation.

The law in question reads, “The Secretary of State shall provide a system for qualified electors to sign a nomination petition; for candidates for statewide and legislative offices by way of a secure internet portal.” In January, Brnovich forewarned Hobbs in another letter.

Arizona Title 16 says that “a public officer who knowingly fails or refuses to perform that duty in the manner prescribed by law is guilty of either a class 6 felony or a class 3 misdemeanor.” The Gateway Pundit reported that Brnovich warned Hobbs he would seek jail time.

Hobbs attempted to sue Brnovich by requesting injunctive relief. But her feeble attempt to dodge justice was denied. Nevertheless, Hobbs still chose to defy the court ruling. She shut down a petition portal for certain candidates, clearing a criminal violation of Arizona state law.

A few days ago, Brnovich sent a letter to County Attorney Brian McIntyre requesting that Hobbs be prosecuted. This is one of the most direct calls for political accountability for corrupt public officials who defy the law. Katie Hobbs is a manipulative and corrupt politician.

She must be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Hobbs is orchestrating a crooked strategy to steal another election. Due process under the law is her constitutional right. Hobbs has the right to secure counsel and is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

But she’s not innocent. Her recent actions are blatant proof of her corruption. Katie Hobbs needs to be found guilty and taken into custody. It would be refreshing to finally see some accountability for political corruption.
