Arrest Warrant Issued for Eric Swalwell’s Crony After Harassing Congressman and His Wife

There is a hierarchy of Democrats in Congress. Some of them are just worthless pieces of trash like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, and Nancy Pelosi.

They by far are at the very top of the list. However, right behind them is Eric Swalwell, the flatulent California congressman who dated a Chinese spy. And here he is making the news once again.

Swalwell, a Democrat, had a process server try to serve Mo Brooks as part of a lawsuit related to the January 6th incident at the Capitol.

The process server entered Brooks’ house illegally, startling the congressman’s wife, Martha. Mo Brooks said he was proud of Martha, whose fright turned to anger and prompted her to chase the intruders out of her home.

Martha Brooks said:

“Mo and I take our security very seriously, as do all families. My hope is that my actions today will cause the process server to think twice before illegally invading the sanctity of someone else’s home, and put those who would threaten our security on notice that we will pursue illegal actions to the fullest extent of the law.”

Mo Brooks reported:

“Well, Swalwell FINALLY did his job, served complaint (on my WIFE). HORRIBLE Swalwell’s team committed a CRIME by unlawfully sneaking INTO MY HOUSE & accosting my wife! Alabama Code 13A-7-2: 1st degree criminal trespass. Year in jail. $6000 fine. More to come!”

Christian Seklecki is charged with criminal trespass, a Class A demeanor, after invading the Alabama republican’s home and harassing his wife. Seklecki, who is from Georgia, has been fined six thousand dollars and faces prison time.

Judge Amit Mehta gave Swalwell’s team 60 more days to formally notify Brooks that he is being sued. A defendant must be officially served in order for a lawsuit to proceed. The judge cited the need for separation of powers when denying U.S. marshals the ability to serve Brooks the necessary papers. Separation of powers refers to the constitutional mandate that the three government branches be kept separate.

I certainly hope that Seklecki gets what she deserves and that her liberal friends don’t let her off the hook.
