Judge Steven O’Neill has declared a mistrial in the Bill Cosby criminal sexual assault case, as stated by Andrew Wyatt, Cosby’s spokesman. He then took aim at Gloria Allred, the lawyer representing 22 of Cosby’s accusers.
“In the words of Huey P. Newton, power is the ability to define phenomenon, making it act in a designed manner,” he said.
“For all those attorneys, who conspired like Gloria Allred, tell them to go back to law school and take another class,” Wyatt added.
Cosby has been accused by over 100 women of either rape, drug facilitated sexual assault, sexual battery, child sexual abuse, and/or sexual misconduct.

Bill Cosby has maintained his innocence and repeatedly denies the allegations, though there is reportedly at least one audio recording of him admitting doing it to at least one victim.
Some alligations against Cosby go back to the mid-60s with many women stepping forward after an October 2014 comedy routine by comedian Hannibal Buress alluding to Cosby’s covert sexual misbehavior went viral, and many additional claims were made after that date.
