From the day that the Democrats realized that Donald Trump was a real threat to them winning the 2016 election, they went to work at trying to discredit him and dismiss him.
When they learned that wasn’t going to work, they started making stuff up in order to destroy him.
When they saw that they were losing against him they came up with this Russian collusion hoax. Then they impeached him but fail to convict him. Then throw in some Stormy Daniels, some tax situations, business dealings, etc. Then they tried to impeach him again. They actually ended up impeaching him again and had the trial after he had left office. And once again they failed to convict we all knew that was going to happen though.
But the Democrats can’t let a dead dog lie. If you remember after Robert Mueller filed his report he didn’t charge president trump with obstruction rather he left it up to Bill Barr. to make that decision.
Now there was some mention about a memo which contained supposedly a smoking gun. As it turns out most of that memo has now been released and made public and there’s absolutely nothing incriminating at all about it.
The thing that most people don’t realize is that Robert Mueller would have charged President Trump with obstruction if he could have made that connection but there was no evidence. This comes after President Trump fully cooperated he allowed him to interview every witness that he requested as well as provided him with hundreds of thousands of pages of documents. But of course, once again the smoking gun turned out to be nothing but a cap gun.

The Justice Department filing is likely to both fuel and frustrates Trump’s biggest critics, particularly Democrats who have long argued that Barr stage-managed an exoneration of Trump after Mueller submitted a 448-page report into his findings about his investigation into whether the 2016 Trump campaign conspired with Russia to interfere in the election, and whether Trump tried to obstruct that investigation.
The central document at issue is a March 2019 memo written by two senior Justice Department officials arguing that aside from important constitutional reasons not to accuse the president of a crime, the evidence gathered by Mueller did not rise to the level of a prosecutable case, even if Trump were not president.
