BOOM! Fox News Hires New Political Analyst – Trey Gowdy

Fox News has announced that they have hired Trey Gowdy to be a political analyst for their network. Want to know why Fox News is number one? CNN hires Jeff Flake, Mia Love and Andrew Gillum and Fox hires Trey Gowdy.

Nuff said? Gowdy rose to fame as a prosecutor and then he was elected to the House, where he was a bulldog and hard-working investigator in both the Benghazi scandal and corruption in the FBI and DOJ.

He has instant credibility the moment he appears on any program. You can’t say that about Flake, Love, and Gillum.

From The Daily Caller

Fox News signed former Republican South Carolina Rep. Trey Gowdy as a political and legal contributor, the network announced Wednesday.

Gowdy, who rose to fame for his aggressive investigation of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Benghazi while chairman of the House Select Committee, announced that he would not seek re-election to his seat in 2018.

In addition to chairing the House Select Committee during the Benghazi investigation, Gowdy served as the chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee and was a member of the House Intelligence and Judiciary Committees. He was known for his fiery interrogations of government officials during public hearings and his aggressive commentary on cable news.

Prior to running for Congress, Gowdy served as a prosecutor in South Carolina and was awarded the Postal Inspector’s Award for successfully prosecuting J. Mark Allen, one of “America’s Most Wanted” suspects.

While I’d rather have him on the Hill, representing the people… I’m very excited to see what Gowdy brings to the table over at Fox News.

In light of this announcement, here’s just one of his epic interviews!
