Oh man! Things are NOT looking good for Bill Gates!
It honestly came as quite a shocker when I heard about the upcoming divorce between Bill and Melinda gates after almost 30 years of marriage.
Not because it’s unusual for people, especially rich people, to divorce, but because they seem to be on the same page about things. What would they have to fight about and divorce over?
The marriage of Bill and Melinda Gates has reportedly been in trouble for years. Although the couple’s divorce came as a surprise to many, Melinda is said to have been angry about her billionaire husband’s ties to the late Jeffrey Epstein.
Gates took his wife to meet the wealthy sex offender in 2013, infuriating Melinda. By that time, the press had already been reporting on Epstein’s 2008 solicitation of an underage girl. Bill Gates had met with Epstein on multiple occasions. Although the meetings involved Gates asking for donations to his charitable fund, they took place at various times over a two-year period.
Meetings between Bill Gates and Jeffrey Epstein included a trip on Epstein’s private jet, dubbed the Lolita Express by tabloids. The meeting was reported by The New York Times; flight logs showed that Gates flew with Epstein from New Jersey to Florida. Although Gates insists the men’s association was business-based and denies having flown on the Lolita Express, he was said to have been named as a backup executor in Jeffrey Epstein’s will.
Bill had denied having any sort of relationship with him at all back in 2019 after he was arrested and “hanged himself”.
“I met him. I didn’t have any business relationship or friendship with him. I didn’t go to New Mexico or Florida or Palm Beach or any of that. There were people around him who were saying, ‘Hey, if you want to raise money for global health and get more philanthropy, he knows a lot of rich people.’ Every meeting where I was with him were meetings with men. I was never at any parties or anything like that. He never donated any money to anything that I know about.”
Only time will tell what is in store for him next.
