Democrats Going After Guns Hard with Multiple Bills, Includes Banning HUNDREDS of Firearms

If you haven’t already realized it, the Democrats are already coming for your guns, and they’re coming strong and fast.

Last week, the House of Representatives passed HR 8, which is a bill that is designed to further restrict gun rights.

The summary of the bill that the House just passed reads as follows:

This bill establishes new background check requirements for firearm transfers between private parties (i.e., unlicensed individuals).

Specifically, it prohibits a firearm transfer between private parties unless a licensed gun dealer, manufacturer, or importer first takes possession of the firearm to conduct a background check.

The prohibition does not apply to certain firearm transfers, such as a gift between spouses in good faith.

But that’s not enough for Democrats. You’d have to be crazy to think that they would stop there.

They are also going after gun manufacturers to hold them responsible for deaths that result from guns, which makes absolutely no sense at all. We don’t hold car manufacturers responsible for car accidents or even intentional homicides committed with cars. This is absurd. You don’t hold someone else responsible for what another individual did. But, of course, Democrats literally lack the ability to use logic. They suffer from some severe mental disability where they can no ability to think logically.

But wait! There’s more!

Senator Dianne Feinstein just introduced a bill that would ban “assault weapons” and high-capacity magazines. Look at how she even begins the bill:

“A bill to regulate assault weapons, to ensure that the right to keep and bear arms is not unlimited, and for other purposes.”

I’m sorry, but did I miss something in the U.S. Constitution that restricts us from certain arms? Let me check.

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

What does “shall not be infringed” mean?

Well, infringe means to break the terms of something or “to limit or undermine” something. Okay, so what it is that shall not be limited? THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS!

This is stupid simple!
