There are several businesses in the U.S. that are hopping aboard the woke train.
The NBA, MLB, Coca-Cola, and many many other companies have bought into the liberal propaganda of white privilege. Now Disney has decided that being on the train isn’t enough, they want to man the engine.
The corporation is embracing critical race theory with open arms, forcing caucasian employees to fill out a ‘white privilege checklist’ as part of a new “diversity and inclusion” training program.
Next, participants are asked to complete a “white privilege checklist”: “I am white,” I am heterosexual,” “I am a man,” “I still identity as the gender I was born in,” “I have never been raped,” “I don’t rely on public transportation,” and “I have never been called a terrorist.” pic.twitter.com/hcTVp9Tnz1

Disney recommends that employees read a how-to guide called “75 Things White People Can Do for Racial Justice.” The article tells readers to “defund the police,” “participate in reparations,” “decolonize your bookshelf,” and “find and join a local ‘white space.’” pic.twitter.com/RJLCTK5ypv

Leaked documents reveal details about the company’s “Reimagine Tomorrow” program, which was designed to reverse what Disney categorizes as a history in the U.S. of “systemic racism and transphobia.” The program asks workers to challenge their anti-black racism by seeking out black groups and writers instead of burdening black co-workers to bring them up to speed.
Some of the modules in Disney’s woke programming include “microaggressions,” “white fragility,” and the old standbys, “white privilege” and “systemic racism.” White employees were told they should also keep in mind the disproportionate effects of the pandemic on their black colleagues.
The ‘anti-racism’ training comes just months after Lucasfilms, a Disney-owned company, fired “Mandalorian” actress Gina Carano for sharing an Instagram post comparing abuse of conservatives’ free speech rights to Nazis’ behavior during the Holocaust.
Disney claims that America has a “long history of systemic racism and transphobia” and tells employees they must “take ownership of educating yourself about structural anti-Black racism” and “not rely on your Black colleagues to educate you,” which is “emotionally taxing.” pic.twitter.com/eSSxpPvvFF

Disney tells employees they should reject “equality,” or “equal treatment,” and instead strive for “equity,” or “the equality of outcome.” They must “reflect” on America’s “racist infrastructure” and “think carefully about whether or not [their] wealth” is derived from racism. pic.twitter.com/iYV8M1BNjT

According to The Blaze,
The training manual tells employees to “recognize your colleagues are also processing the ways in which the pandemic is disproportionately affecting the Black community.” The guide instructs employees to “take ownership of educating [themselves] about structural anti-Black racism” by seeking out “Black authors, journalists, and organizations.”
However, employees should “not rely on [their] Black colleagues to educate [them],” because it is “emotionally taxing.”
“Avoid conflating the Black experience with other communities of color,” the training module reportedly states. “While other people of color are subject to racism, there is a unique history that has led to anti-Black racism and the ways in which that shows up.”
Disney, one of the largest media conglomerates on the planet that owns ABC, ESPN, Touchstone Pictures, Marvel, Lucasfilm, and Pixar, prescribes that employees should reject “equality” and “equal treatment,” but instead strive for “equity,” “where we focus on the equality of the outcome, not the equality of the experience by taking individual needs and skills into account.”
