DOJ’s Key Claim About Kamala Harris and Mike Pence at the Capitol on Jan 6 May Have Been A Lie!

Democrats make it out to seem like what took place on January 6, 2021 was the worst thing that has happened to our country since the Civil War. Honestly, I’m sure that there are several of them who probably think that what happened that day was actually worse than the Civil War. That’s just how demented these people are and how poorly their mental faculties work.

The only thing that was supposed to take place that day was protesting. That’s all that President Trump wanted and that’s basically all that any of the Republicans that were there wanted. I say basically because what they really wanted was for people in charge to take a closer look at the election results.

There is a reason why millions of people were upset and it’s because the left wasn’t taking seriously the claims that were being made and the questions that were being asked.

Many Democrats like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez made it seem like her life was in immediate danger when in reality, she wasn’t even close to where the action was.

Apparently, two others weren’t close to the action either even though the story up until now has been far different.

The Department of Justice claimed that both Kamala Harris and Mike Pence were both at the Capitol at the time that people were allowed to enter the building.

As it turns out, this is likely not the case at all.

One of the claims that has been important to the prosecution of some of these individuals has been around the idea that both Kamala Harris and Mike Pence were at the Capitol. However, now that there is a court case against the charges, they may be revising that story.

According to Politico, which is left-leaning said,

Earlier versions of the charge against Griffin erroneously indicated that then-Vice President-elect Kamala Harris — another Secret Service protectee — was on Capitol Grounds during the riot.

But prosecutors have acknowledged their initial contention was erroneous, and POLITICO since revealed that Harris was blocks away at the offices of the Democratic National Committee when the mob overran the building. There, she was evacuated after authorities discovered a pipe bomb outside. Prosecutors have subsequently removed language related to Harris from hundreds of Capitol riot indictments.

McFadden hammered on that point in his order.

“The Government has never explained how it got such a basic fact so wrong for so long,” he said. “Presumably, it was relying on representations—and in felony cases, grand jury testimony—of Secret Service personnel. Given all that, Griffin may probe the Government’s evidence as to the location of Vice President Pence.”
