Inflation is Out of Control, Here’s How Much It’s Costing You Each Month

Inflation is killing us all and according to a new report released from the Republican members of the joint committee on taxation we have an actual number that we can assign to the inflation.

According to this analysis, inflation is costing the typical American household more than $700 per month on average.  Joe Biden was happy to report that there was zero inflation for the month of July.

“Today we received news that our economy had 0% inflation in the month of July,” Biden told members of the press. “Here’s what that means — while the price of some things went up last month, the price of other things went down by the same amount. The result: zero inflation last month. People are still hurting, but zero inflation last month.”

This is honestly a very deceptive way to try to put things, but we know that that’s how Democrats operate anyway. You could have the worst thing happening in the entire world and if there’s one positive thing about it that’s what they’re going to emphasize the most. So that’s why Joe Biden said that for the month of July they recorded zero inflation.

Alright, but let’s look at where we stand. For the month of July year-over-year we’re at 8.5% inflation. So that is compared to July of 2021. However, let’s take a look at what those numbers were from last July compared to those of July in 2020.

July of 2020 you had numbers that were closer to what a normal amount of inflation is. Yes, we had the pandemic going on, but the numbers were still not too far off from what you would normally expect. In July of 2020 the reported inflation was 1%. So that means when you saw the numbers from July 2021 that reported 5.4% this was already higher than what is normal already. So, when you combine that you’re at 13.9%. Now you can’t go by just that number alone because you haven’t actually figured in a normal amount of inflation for that time. So, let’s be generous and drop it down to 10%. We are still paying 10% more for everyday items then we were when President Trump was in office. And that’s just an average. There are some things where we’re paying a lot more such as gas which has more than doubled since Joe Biden took office.

If everything just stays the way it is and there’s no more inflation then from now until next year, you’re going to spend nearly an extra $10,000 that you otherwise could have saved and used on things that you actually want to spend the money on. Elections have consequences and these are the consequences that these idiots chose. You play stupid games you win stupid prizes.
