Kim Jong Un’s sister, Kim Yo Jong recently reported that her brother has contracted the dreaded sickness that I get in trouble for mentioning the name of. This likely comes a shock to those in North Korea.
You know that if he got sick, someone else there got him sick and sadly, if they figure out who it was or even if they suspect someone, they’ll likely execute them for attempted murder or something.
The confirmation by Rodong Shinum in North Korea follows much speculation that Kim had experienced health concerns related to the c0r0navirus in recent weeks.
The report noted that “the much respected leader has greatly suffered in high fever in the middle of the anti-pandemic battle,” according to a translation of the article by the South China Morning Post.
While infected with the virus, Kim visited some workers, and “The workers there were teary and held their emotions as they saw the leader who was there and encouraged them at the risk of contagion,” it added.
The leader previously disclosed that the nation had experienced an outbreak of [the virus] in May.
“There has been the biggest emergency incident in the country, with a hole in our emergency quarantine front, that has been kept safely over the past two years and three months since February 2020,” North Korea’s official news agency said, according to The Guardian.
Ironically enough, earlier in August, the North Korean dictator’s sister announced that North Korea had defeated the virus. Obviously, we have no real reason to trust anything they say or take them at their word as they have been lying about it for years. If it was really eradicated or even close to being eradicated, I highly doubt that of all the people who contracted it, it would not have been Kim Jong Un that would have gotten it.
