Former first daughter Malia Obama has been pretty quiet lately. I’m sure that school and her studies are taking up a lot of her time these days. That’s what college is all about, especially at an Ivy League school.
I have seen a few articles go by concerning her attending events or going out on a date, but not many. However, I’m sure that’s not for lack of trying on the media’s part. Previously they have covered her going to concerts and hanging out with friends. Her fashion sense is always a topic of interest to the tabloids. But what really catches their attention is who she is allegedly dating.
According to some media sources, specifically the Daily Mail, Malia was seen puffing on an e-cigarette while going for a walk through London outside a theater with her British beau Rory Farquharson. Rory has been called by the media Malia’s ‘boy toy’. I have no idea if that is the case or not.

In the pictures I’ve seen, they look very smitten with one another. They were caught in the act of walking arm in arm over the capital’s Tower Bridge after a supposed romantic date at the theater. Rory had his arm wrapped around Malia, 20, in what appeared to be an effort to keep her warm. It did not appear that many people even took notice of the pair as they walked over the River Thames. Malia and Rory were spotted coming out of The Bridge Theater after seeing Alan Bennett’s new production Allelujah! Here is the blurb on it… the play is unsurprisingly about healthcare:
“The Beth, an old-fashioned cradle-to-grave hospital serving a town on the edge of the Pennines, is threatened with closure as part of an NHS efficiency drive. Also, Malia was seen puffing on what some are saying is an e-cigarette.
