Mayor Caught With HOT MIC, Says Something About Trump She Didn’t Want Anyone Hearing

United States territory, Puerto Rico was devastated by the hurricane Maria. The casualty severely damages the country leaving millions of people with a scarcity of food, water, and even electricity supply.  The affected people of the island need help from the government of United States. The calamity has taken 16 lives and left the country wasted by the high winds and floods.

President Trump set a meeting on Tuesday to talk with the leaders of Puerto Rico. The meeting will discuss the proper response to Calamity. During the assembly with Trump, certain Puerto Rican leaders can be heard making an indirect statement.

Trump finally meet San Juan Mayor Carmen Yulin Cruz. Cruz is a critic of Trump after he made a slow response to the hurricane.  To make sure that the mayor will not take advantage of their short meeting, he made sure that every word of her is recorded on the rolling camera.

The feud between President Trump and Mayor Cruz has fired up after Mayor Cruz call for help in the national TV. Trump tweed his disgust with politicaly motivated ingrates which clearly pertains to Mayor Cruz.

Trump and Cruz shook hands during their encounter.  You can hear President Trump asking, “how are you?”. Cruz responded, “This is not about politics?”  Since Trump is not there to discuss politics with the Mayor, he ignores her.

After the meeting, according to Daily Mail, Cruz later called it “a public relations situation.”

“The productive part of the meeting was the second part. When Trump was no longer around and a group of mayors got to meet with White House staff. I truly believe that they finally saw the connection, or the disconnect, between what they were hearing on the one hand and the reality of what is happening on the ground.”

In an interview with CNN, Cruz called Trump “miscommunicator in chief.”

“I think his staff understands now, and they have all the data they need. But I would hope that the president of the United States stops spouting out comments that really hurt the people of Puerto Rico. Rather than commander in chief, he sort of becomes miscommunicator in chief.”
