There are some moments in a person’s life that you’ll just never forget where you were when that event happened. One of these instances is when terrorists flew airplanes into the World Trade Center on 9/11. You could ask practically anybody who is alive and old enough to remember that event where they were, and they can tell you exactly where they were when it happened.
Another one of these events is when John F. Kennedy was assassinated. If you were alive during that time, then you surely know where you were when that happened or when you heard about it.
I have another one of those events and it’s not so much that it was a world-changing event as much as it was that I just couldn’t believe that it happened. What I’m referring to is when Casey Anthony was found not guilty in the murder of her daughter. I was standing inside of a target holding a Starbucks drink and I looked at my phone because I got an alert, and it said that Casey Anthony was found not guilty. And I literally said, “People are idiots.”
I honestly could not believe that given all the evidence that was mounted up against Casey Anthony that the jury could not find her guilty. I think there’s so much more to this story and I think that we will never learn the true answers but maybe we’ll learn a little bit more pretty soon.
As it turns out Casey Anthony has made a miniseries regarding the death of her daughter.
The New York Post reported,
Casey Anthony has given her first on-camera interview more than a decade after she was acquitted of murdering her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee.
The woman once dubbed the “most hated mom in America” by Nancy Grace appears in an official teaser for the three-part docu-series which shows her nervously playing with her hair, blinking and twitching her mouth as she awaits to speak.
With concern etched on her brow, Anthony is asked, “Why talk to me now, when you’re not getting creative control?”
The camera cuts just as she appears about to answer, teasing viewers with the message: “Casey Anthony speaks.”
Director Alexandra Dean suggested the Peacock series will “cause the American public to look at this story in a new light.”
“Since her acquittal in 2011, public opinion of Casey Anthony has been largely shaped by the media convinced of her guilt,” said Dean.
“Casey had never given an in-depth interview explaining her actions until now,” she added of the mom, who was arrested a day after reporting her daughter missing after claiming she had disappeared with a babysitter in 2008.
I’m sure there’s not much truth in what she says in this new miniseries, because in my opinion she seems like she’s a sociopath. There’s so much that doesn’t add up about the whole course of events that took place including her going out and partying. Especially her going out and partying. I know if my child was missing there’s no way that I could be having a good time not knowing what had happened. I wouldn’t sleep until I got some answers.
It’s likely that I will watch this just to see what she says and see how she contradicts the facts. I could write numerous articles on the various different aspects that point to her being guilty.
