Out-of-Touch Karine Jean-Pierre Claims, “Economy is in a Better Place Than It Has Been Historically” (VIDEO)

Karine Jean-Pierre is now the Press Secretary for the White House. Jen Psaki left the show, and she stepped in to fill the void.

I’m guessing she saw the water was getting too deep and decided to get the heck out of Dodge before she and the Biden regime find themselves entirely submerged.

While I do not support Jen Psaki and do not believe she was an effective Press Secretary, I believe she was fundamentally different from Karine Jean-Pierre. KJP has no business being in this capacity at all, and it makes me wonder if she’ll be out soon as well.

At least Jen Psaki would twist stuff to make it sound like it wasn’t all that bad, or she would pretend like she didn’t know something just so that she could avoid it. KJP on the other hand just flat out lies to your face.

Recently, KJP made the ridiculous claim that the economy was in a better place now than it ever has been. No, seriously, she said that.

Fox News reporter Peter Doocy wasn’t having it and challenged Jean-Pierre.

“High gas prices, people can’t get baby formula, the supply chain is messed up, everything is more expensive — where’s the good part?” Fox News reporter Peter Doocy asked KJP.

“What I’m trying to say, Peter, is that we understand that people are feeling this,” Jean-Pierre said.

“We are in a historic place in history — historic place right now — as we look at where we are with the economy,” she said. “What I’m trying to say to you, is that the economy is in a better place than it has been historically.”

We know what she’s trying to say. We can hear her just fine. The problem is that it’s so far from reality that we can’t believe that she’s even saying it.
