The truth is out there, and I’ll tell you about it. In the absence of Florida’s unbearable heat, alligators, and hurricanes, I’d prefer to be in that state than anywhere else.
Gov. Ron DeSantis is standing up for Florida in many ways to help the state get back on track. And he’s not the only one who’s putting in long hours. Others are also rising to the occasion.
There have lately been a large number of math textbooks rejected by the Florida Department of Education due to the inclusion of “indoctrinating themes” such as critical race theory in them.
Of the 132 textbooks assessed by Florida Education Commissioner Richard Corcoran, 54 (or 41 percent) did not fulfill Florida’s K–12 curricular standards or contained forbidden themes, according to Corcoran.
“Reasons for rejecting textbooks included references to Critical Race Theory (CRT), inclusions of Common Core, and the unsolicited addition of Social Emotional Learning (SEL) in mathematics,” the department said in an April 15 statement. “The highest number of books rejected were for grade levels K–5, where an alarming 71 percent were not appropriately aligned with Florida standards or included prohibited topics and unsolicited strategies.”
Why can’t they just teach kids math using math? Why do they feel the need to inject Critical Race Theory and other liberal propaganda into even math textbooks?
I’ll tell you why. It’s the same reason that I’ve been preaching to all of you readers for years now. They have an agenda to indoctrinate children. If they are able to implant these beliefs into them while they’re young and continue to drill it into their heads for the next 10-15 years of school, then there’s a good chance that this will stick.
Obviously, their plan has been working because look at where we are not with the Democrat party. Look at just how radical they have become now. How do you think they got this way? Do you think that all of a sudden there was some sort of grand awakening and they all started magically believing these radicals ideas like boys can be girls and girls can be boys?
No. What actually happened is that when teachers were kids, they were taught this garbage from liberal professors. Then they started teaching it to their own students and children. This continued to spread like a bad disease and has brought us to where we are now.
Hands down, the most damaging thing that we do as a society is allowing our children to be brainwashed at public schools because it has lasting effects.
