President Trump Answers the Big Question, “Do You Expect to be the First President Since FDR to Win 3 Presidential Campaigns?”

In a recent interview OAN’s Chanel Rion asked President Trump some questions about what may be coming in the future. In particular, she asked him does he expect to be the first president since FDR to win three presidential campaigns.

Obviously, it was a attempt to get some confirmation of some sort from President Trump as to whether or not he would be running again in 2024. If he had said yes, he does expect it then we could be certain that he plans on running again. Any other answer would suggest that he’s not running or is unsure. The latter is basically the answer that President Trump gave.

I don’t think it’s that he doesn’t know whether or not he’s going to run as much as it is he’s just not wanting to let people know yet.

We’ve already seen and heard several indications that it is extremely likely that President Trump will run again in the 2024 election, but nothing has actually been publicly confirmed.

President Trump also mentioned Grover Cleveland who was actually the only president who’s ever served two non-consecutive terms. President Trump, if he wins again in 2024, then he would be the second president to ever accomplish this feat.

But the other funny thing about Grover Cleveland is that Grover Cleveland actually won the popular vote in the 1888 presidential election but lost the electoral vote. Cleveland acquired 5,540,309 votes compared to Benjamin Harrison who only had 5,439,853 votes. However, Benjamin Harrison acquired 233 electoral votes while Cleveland only reached 168 electoral votes. 270 electoral votes were not needed at this time because there were not 50 states in the union.

This was only the third time that something like this has ever happened in which the winner of the popular vote lost the election. The other two that you most likely know about was the 2000 election when George W. Bush won against Al Gore and the 2016 election where President Trump won over Hillary Clinton.
