REVEALED: What Caused the Fight that Led to Death of Ma’Khia Bryant

The death of any human is a tragic thing, let alone when that person is as young as 16-years-old.

This is, of course, the case we have when we talk about Ma’Khia Bryant. For someone to die at such a young age is terrible. Was the shooting rightly justified? Absolutely, the officer saved lives that day.

It’s even more tragic understanding that this girl could have still been alive had she not been trying to kill someone else.

What is it that started this fight? Why was 911 called in the first place? Well, now we have learned what it was that triggered the incident and it makes the situation even more tragic.

According to her foster mother, Angela Moore, the fight was about keeping the house clean.

Fox News reported,

The argument that preceded the fatal police shooting of 16-year-old Ma’Khia Bryant in Columbus, Ohio, earlier this week began over a messy house and unmade bed, her foster mother has revealed.

Angela Moore said Thursday the dispute occurred when two of her former foster children were at her home in east Columbus to celebrate her birthday on Tuesday.

“It was over keeping the house clean,” Moore told CNN. “The older one told them to clean up the house because ‘Mom doesn’t like the house dirty.'”

“So that’s how it all started,” she added.

This is pathetic and it just goes to show you the sad shape that our country is in today. This is what people fight about and that the fight is so serious that it warrants getting a knife and trying to kill someone over it.

In one video taken by neighbors, you can hear Ma’Khia scream, “I’m gonna stab the f*** out of you, b**ch!” as she tries stabbing the two foster children.

Something has to change in our society if this is going to stop. Obviously ending gun violence won’t end violence. There needs to be something done on a personal level.
