Once again, Democrats have made themselves out to look like fools and prove that they have no idea what they’re even talking about when it comes to…well anything really, but specifically in this case, AR-15s and ammunition.

“I’ve held an AR-15 in my hand, I wish I had it. It is as heavy as 10 boxes that you might be moving and the bullet that is utilized, a .50 caliber, these kinds of bullets, need to be licensed and do not need to be on the street,” she explained.

How can people fall for this garbage? What’s worse is how can a member of such a high office who is supposed to be serving the people of this country willfully lie about these things?

It’s as heavy as 10 boxes? Well, if those boxes each weight about half a pound then yes, it weighs as much as 10 boxes. But she’s talking about moving boxes.

And she said it shoots a .50 caliber bullet?

She couldn’t be any further off. The ammunition that an AR-15 uses is a fraction of the size of a .50 caliber. There is a photo down below comparing the sizes of the bullets.

THESE ARE THE PEOPLE WHO WANT LEGISLATE FIREARMS. They know nothing. To say the ignorance is astounding and terrifying is an understatement.

Is it ignorance? Or is it malevolence? I have a hard time believing someone who WRITES LAWS could be this misinformed.
