OK so this hippie that writes for Mother Jones is trying to make it seem like law enforcement has done nothing at this pretty radical rally and confrontation today. Hundreds of folks turned up for a “Patriots Day’ Rally just a few blocks from UC Berkeley. But soon the militant hippie counter-protesters showed up and a near-battle ensued and saw more than a dozen arrests.
It’s being reported that around 250 law enforcement officers were dispatched to the scene. Despite barriers, folks in attendance from both sides began confronting one another. Nine people were injured, with six taken to a hospital for treatment, including one stabbing victim.
So here’s the twist. I’m not sure how to take this. The guy reporting in this video is a senior reporter at Mother Jones. A notoriously bias “news” website far-far-leaning to the left. We’re pretty clear about what we are here at Red Right Videos but… they’re questionable to say that least. That said, this feels more like a hit piece. It’s being reported all over. Arrests, confiscated items, and more. But somehow this guy claims “they’re not doing anything”.
It’s just my opinion but read the officers body language. They’re quite frustrated by the whole ordeal.
I tell a police officer I've been seeing people get beat up all day and they haven't been around. "Okay, and?" he says. pic.twitter.com/OuGEcvvb8R

Here are some of the prohibited items that have already removed from the park today. https://t.co/3qx3smYwgk pic.twitter.com/A70VCxFYEu

It gets better. Check out this Trump supporter. I bet this reporter was quite surprised… to his credit he actually posted it online. So I’ll give him a few points for that.
Trump supporter from L.A.: "He's adding jobs for our people." Is he racist? "He's our president. There's nothing we can do about that." pic.twitter.com/NpN3PK39Lm

The Chronicle reported that several liberal groups long-planned to disrupt the pro-Trump rally with the intent to shut it down. With some smelly hippie groups, such as Defend the Bay, suggested to it’s members to bring masks and other items to conceal their identity.
With Berkeley and Oakland P.D. teaming up, they actually managed the anarchy a lot better than the now infamous Milo Yiannopoulos protest at UC Berkely just this past February.
