You have to know when it’s okay to say something and when it’s not, even if what you’re saying is true.
Consider what would happen if your spouse died suddenly. Is it okay for someone to ask you if you want to go on a date with them next weekend? Obviously not. It would be far too soon for that.
Nonetheless, when tragedy strikes, Democrats are renowned for jumping the gun (no pun intended) and utilizing it to advance their cause.
One recent example of this was Hillary Clinton when she used the funeral of Madeleine Albright to take jabs at President Trump.
Now, with the bodies still warn, Joe Biden is taking shots at Republicans for what he claims is blocking “common-sense gun laws”.
Biden said, “Deer aren’t running through the forest with kevlar vest on, for God’s sake… Most Americans support common-sense gun laws… These kind of mass shootings rarely happen anywhere else in the world. These kinds of mass shootings rarely happen… Where in God’s name is our backbone… It’s time to turn the pain into action. It’s time to act… It’s time to let people know who block common-sense gun laws we won’t forget.”
The tone deafness of Biden is unbelievable. Tucker Carlson saw this and pounced:
“The President of the United States, frail, confused, bitterly partisan, desecrating on the memory of recently murdered children with tired talking points from the Democratic Party. Dividing the country in a moment of deep pain rather than uniting. His voice rising, amplified only as he is repeating the talking points from over 35 years in the United States Senate. Personal politics being the only thing that amplifies him. Unfit for leadership of this country… I’m in shock.”
My wife told me this morning that someone she follows on Instagram said that this makes her nervous because there has already been two times in the past year where she had to keep her kids home from school because there was some sort of threat of violence. How on God’s green earth can a parent send their children to such a place? I don’t know where the disconnect is with this, I’m sorry. How can there be multiple threats of violence, and a recent school shooting (which isn’t nowhere near the first) and yet people still send their kids to this war zone? It just doesn’t make sense to me.
One of my best friends always tells me that this sort of thing doesn’t happen where he lives, but it never does until it does. It never happened at this school in Texas either before this week. It never happened at Sandy Hook before that day. It never happened at Columbine until that day. It only takes one day for that all to change and given how the country is growing increasingly more violent, it could only be a matter of time.
