One of the most ridiculous things that I think exist in this country that has been celebrated by liberals is the racism that is spreading across the corporate world.
They don’t call it racism, but that’s exactly what it is. They call it something like “diversity training” or even a “diversity program” all in the name of making the playing field even…supposedly anyway.
In reality, they are just being racist in order to try to not appear as racist. The same is true with women. Liberals claim that there is a wage gap between men and women, but they don’t look at all of the facts as to why. Their conclusion is that it must just be because companies are sexist and want to pay women less than men.
The biggest example of this that I can think of recently is when Joe Biden made the announcement after he was given the nod to run as the Democrats’ golden goose, that he was going to pick a women as his running mate. He didn’t know who it was going to be, but he had decided that he wanted to be a women, even if she wasn’t the most qualified for the job. Sadly, that’s exactly what he did, he picked the worst woman he could have chosen.
Just wait until this whole gender binary catches up with everyone and they’re mad that they don’t get paid as much with their degrees in ridiculous programs like gender sports studies
Now, one recent victim of this ideology is getting what he deserves after he was awarded a $10 million settlement in a settlement lawsuit after he was replaced at his job by two women, one of whom was black in the name of “diversity”.

A former top executive in a North Carolina-based health care system who claimed in a lawsuit that he lost his job because he is a white male was awarded $10 million by a federal jury on Tuesday.
In his 2019 lawsuit, David Duvall said he lost his job as senior vice president of marketing and communication at Novant Health due to efforts to diversify top leadership positions, news outlets reported. The jury said Novant Health failed to prove that it would have dismissed Duvall regardless of his race.
Duvall said in his lawsuit that he was fired in 2018 without warning or explanation shortly before his fifth anniversary with the company. He said he was replaced by two women, one Black and one white. Duvall, who worked in Mecklenburg County, accused Novant of violating Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, which prohibits race and gender discrimination in the workplace.
