This is, to say the least, a strange predicament. During a House of Commons session, a British Member of Parliament was caught watching lewd videos.
Neil Parish claims he was looking up tractors when he accidently ended up on the inappropriate website.
The problem is that he didn’t simply do it once; he did it twice. It wasn’t during session the first time, but it was the second time.
A friend of his attempted to explain away the embarrassing situation by pointing out that the brand of tractor that he was looking for was named “Dominator”. He pointed out that “You can easily see where that would go.”
And I’ll give him credit to that extent. A long time ago, and I don’t even know if the website is still active, though I HIGHLY believe it probably isn’t, but there was a Whitehouse.com website (don’t try it just incase it’s still there) that depicted members of the White House (Bill Clinton at that time) doing inappropriate things. The real website that I was trying to get to was Whitehouse.gov, which is the official government website for the White House. The other was an adult website that I stumbled on when I was very young my accident.
Other members who are more liberal are not as generous with their assumptions and refuse to give him the benefit of the doubt.
Now, the member of parliament has resigned from his seat and the strong conservative seat must go through an election process. Labour deputy leader Angela Rayner said, “He was looking for tractors but ended up with p**n actors? Neil Parish must think you were all born yesterday.”
While he did do it twice, that’s not unheard of. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone to the same wrong website before, never of this nature, but the wrong site nonetheless.
